So here's a little about me. I'm self employed and make my full-time living online and have done so for the past year. I'm a Top Rated eBay Seller and a Power Seller. Last year I did well over a Million Dollars in sales on eBay.
I know the ups and downs and ins and outs of eBay that only a seasoned seller would know. I've had my eBay and Paypal accounts suspended and managed to get them back. I've had a 20% rolling reserve placed on my Paypal account, at one time had over $150,000 tied up in rolling reserves for 90 days at a time and beat that.
No matter what you need to know or what problems you are facing I can help you solve them. Feel free to message me or leave a comment with your questions or issues and I'd be happy to make a post to answer your questions for you and others.
I'm also a Fiverr seller who offers many eBay related gigs such as writing your titles for you, pulling analytic data, coaching or providing you with top selling items you can sell. Below are some links you may find useful.

I would love to pinpoint..how to manage keeping product inventory levels ALWAYS in stock on a regular basis?
ReplyDeleteIts a bit of a *bug bear* ponder...you see at the moment I'm researching to find a niche and products I can sell on a regular basis...and hopefully build a brand around too...but I don't want to discredit myself as a business by not being able to meet the demand!
But as I say *inventory levels*...if I'm buying in from China which can take a few weeks from Alibaba...how can I keep inventory levels constant in stock all the time to meet the demand if I do find a hot selling product...which mens FAST turnaround?
What throws me is the fact you always need to turn over a % of the gross to buy in again...but some of the stock will still be tied up pre sale to order...making it a no go on ordering the same amount again...(if that makes sense?
So Kevin if you don't mind sorting out my over thinking mind I'd appreciate it dude?
